Rustic Chic exterior and interior renovation of a single family house by an old train station. Existing elements from natural landscape and earth materials have been kept and integrated to the new design. All windows and doors have been expanded to open up the view to the gorgeous Topanga Canyon setting, and so have existing exterior decks. Roof pitch has been reconstructed to lift up the existing height. Under construction.
